Inter Rhône has developed an application to make our Appellations "digital" and accompany students whenever and wherever they wish to learn.

This tool, only available in French, is dedicated to current and future wine professionals, in order to increase their knowledge and keep with the news from the Rhône Valley Vineyards. The application offers 4 main sections:
 

• The news, to know about the latest developments
• The program, to know everything about the wines of the Rhône Valley and test your knowledge. All topics are covered: presentation, terroirs, know-how, the AOPs, wine consumption, the industry...
• Favorites, to easily access saved content
• Trophies, to check the progression within the program
  At the end of each chapter, a quiz is offered to help with learning and at the end of each module a quiz must be taken to validate the module.

The "Vins Rhône Campus" application is available both on Android and Apple.

Inter Rhône supports sommelier training in France and Europe in specialist organisations (hotel high schools, CFA, BTS, private organisations, hotel and management schools, etc.) to train teachers and young sommeliers.

To do this, we organise courses in sommelier establishments and experts from the Rhône Valley organise an annual tasting of the wines of the Rhone Valley vineyards.

This transmission of information is important in the very complex and competitive wine sector. It supports young people in their training and arouses their interest in the Rhone Valley for today and for the future

In partnership with the University of Suze-la-Rousse, certified training sessions are being offered in Avignon for those looking to gain professional expertise.

The full certification program consists of 6 days, divided into 2 sessions:

• Session 1: INTRODUCTION – 3 days to acquire the fundamentals of professional wine tasting
• Session 2: ADVANCED TRAINING – 3 days to master the art of presenting, categorizing, and recommending wine like an expert

An additional day, offered free of charge, is dedicated to discovering the Vineyards of the Rhône Valley, helping participants deepen their knowledge of Rhône appellations.

On the program: Masterclass, tastings, lunch, and a vineyard visit.

Training and educational sessions are set up through partnerships, in France and abroad.

Inter Rhône provides tailored support to trainers of wine tasting clubs and raises awareness among their members through educational sessions. A tasting program is set up with each club based on themes specific to the Rhône Valley (sustainable development, the art of blending, wine profiles, terroirs, vintages, etc.). The wines are selected by Inter Rhône to meet the theme and tailored educational support is provided.

In the United States and Canada, the Academy du Rhône program offers professionals training and tasting sessions to improve their knowledge of the appellations of the Vineyards of the Rhône Valley.

Each month our Wine school in Avignon offers educational workshops and after work events for both the wine novice and the more experienced wine lover, to perfect their knowledge, exchange with our sommeliers or discover food and wine pairings with the appellations of the Rhône Valley vineyards.
